Hey everybody! Welcome to FannyPackTraveler!
This is Jenna. My husband Thomas and I are both Colorado natives in our 20s with full time careers. On our vacation time we are off traveling and seeing the world or… at Disney! If you’re like us and you want to travel but are busy in your careers, this blog will give you the realities of what it’s like to travel. We will share the good and the bad, the everything. Our hope is that we can share our experiences, our smart but also dumb decisions, and turn our lessons into helpful tips that others, like you, can use while traveling.
Our love for travel did not just happen overnight, but it has become a huge part of who we are today. It all started when my family started a new tradition of doing family vacations in lieu of Christmas presents. We all realized we would rather put our money into creating memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. A few years and a lot of learning later, this passion is what led me to create FannyPackTraveler.
While we will show you things to do, places to go to, and things to eat, we are dedicated to share with you the things you won’t get from a quick Google search. We’ll share all the things we find that you would want to know about, from the well-known companies to the small mom and pop joints. Most of all, we care about sharing the why and how of everything we do.
